OVERVIEW
TAMM is a flagship digital initiative by the Abu Dhabi Government, designed to simplify access to 700+ government services through a single web portal and mobile app. The platform serves citizens, residents, businesses, and visitors by providing a unified, digital-first experience for government services.

Xevric collaborated with partner agencies and internal design teams to help reimagine and modernize the TAMM web and mobile experience, ensuring it meets the expectations of a diverse and large-scale user base.
CHALLENGE
The existing ecosystem was complex and fragmented, making it difficult for users to navigate services efficiently. Users often experienced confusion, friction, and required additional support to complete tasks. The platform also needed to cater to a wide range of demographics, use cases, and service types—making clarity, accessibility, and consistency critical.
SOLUTION & IMPACT
The redesigned experience transformed TAMM into a cohesive, modern digital platform with improved navigation, clearer service discovery, and a consistent visual language across web and mobile. The new design reduced friction, improved usability, and helped position TAMM as a best-in-class government super-app—making public services more accessible, efficient, and user-friendly for millions of users.
DESIGN SYSTEM & VISUAL FOUNDATION
As part of TAMM’s redesign, we focused on creating a scalable design system to support the new visual direction across both web and mobile. Xevric developed a foundational UI and base design kit that included reusable components, core typography, color systems, and a comprehensive iconography set. This system ensured consistency, efficiency, and flexibility—enabling teams to build and scale the TAMM web and app experiences with a unified, modern, and polished interface.
TAMM EVOLUTION
Xevric played an active role in the evolution of TAMM’s design journey progressing from the initial Basic interface (TAMM 1.0), through a more Illustrative phase (TAMM 1.5), and ultimately contributing to the forward-looking Future UI (TAMM 2.0). By auditing and understanding each stage of the platform’s visual evolution, Xevric was able to meaningfully contribute to shaping the Future UI, helping define a more modern, scalable, and user-centric design direction.
